How does the free trial work?
Every plan includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. After 30 days, add a payment method and choose monthly or yearly billing. If you don't subscribe, your API access will be paused but your data is preserved.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. See our refund policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our payment partner Paddle. Paddle also supports PayPal in select regions.
Do you handle taxes?
Yes. Our payment partner Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all tax calculations, collection, and remittance including VAT, GST, and sales tax worldwide.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your billing dashboard. When switching to yearly, the new plan activates at the end of your current billing period.
