Wee-Kit offers a 30-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. We believe this trial period provides sufficient time to determine if the Service meets your needs.

2. Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment method is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until you explicitly add a payment method and activate a subscription.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
  • Service unavailability: If the platform experienced significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may request a prorated refund.
  • First payment within 7 days: If you subscribed and request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the 7-day window
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
  • Partial month usage (subscriptions are billed in full periods)
  • Account suspension due to terms of service violation

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page with your account email and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

7. Refund Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.

8. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 7-day refund window applies from the date of the annual payment. After 7 days, you may cancel but no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining months. Your access continues until the end of the annual period.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing subscriptions will be honored under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
